Since ops was passed as override in the pnp_dev_info struct, the generic
pnp_ops that was passed to pnp_enable_devices was never used.

The 'set' field was not used anywhere. Replace the struct with a simple
integer representing the mask.
initializer updates performed with:

The EC may take very long for the first command on a cold boot (~180ms
witnessed). Since this needs an incredibly long timeout, we do this
single command manually.
