The word 'coreboot' should always be written in lowercase, even at the
start of a sentence.

Paul Menzel a8843dee58 Use more secure HTTPS URLs for coreboot sites
The coreboot sites support HTTPS, and requests over HTTP with SSL are
also redirected. So use the more secure URLs, which also saves a
request most of the times, as nothing needs to be redirected.

Run the command below to replace all occurences.

```
$ git grep -l -E 'http://(www.|review.|)coreboot.org'
| xargs sed -i 's,http://\(.*\)coreboot.org,https://\1coreboot.org,g'
```

Denis 'GNUtoo' Carikli 9c44b25645 nvramtool: Print computed and stored checksum in case of mismatch.
This is to make it easier to fix checksum issues. Example:
  # nvramtool -a
  [...]
  nvramtool: Warning: Coreboot CMOS checksum is bad.
  Computed checksum: 0xfa. Stored checksum: 0x0
  # nvramtool -c 0xfa

Patrick Georgi a73b93157f tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header
It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.

This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

Patrick Georgi b890a1228d Remove address from GPLv2 headers
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.

However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.

util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

Stefan Reinauer 14e2277962 Since some people disapprove of white space cleanups mixed in regular commits
while others dislike them being extra commits, let's clean them up once and
for all for the existing code. If it's ugly, let it only be ugly once :-)

Stefan Reinauer a67aab7083 Add string support to nvramtool.
To add a string to your cmos.layout, you need to specify type 's':

#start     len       type    unused   name
416        512       s       0        boot_devices

With this patch you can do

$ nvramtool -w boot_devices="(hd0,0);(hd2,1);(hd3)"

And FILO will attempt to load a menu.lst from any of these devices in that
order.

The patch is not exactly pretty, but a cleaner solution might have resulted in
a complete rewrite of the tool, which I did not want.
