Since commit ee894357 (cpu/intel (non-FSP): Use microcode from blobs repository), selecting the option to generate the microcode from tree fails without allowing to use the BLOBs/ 3rdparty repository, which is the default setting. Therefore, only show the option, if the user has selected the option to allow the use of the BLOBs repository.
