Daisuke Nojiri 512bfbc1c7 Nyans: replace cpu_reset with hard_reset 
The existing cpu_reset does board-wide reset, thus, should be renamed.

BRANCH=none
TEST=Built firmware for Nyans. Ran faft on Blaze.
