Add support for AGESA callbacks RunFcnOnAp() and RunFcnOnAllAp(). Update the wording on the AP errors. The functions are not missing, they are not supported. BUG= b:66690176 BRANCH=none TEST=Check serial output for the AP calls from AGESA.
