Low CPU usage still slow graphics on Win10

No, at least in my PC with Ryzen 5 4600G with integrated IGpu ddr4 16gb ram. My CPU goes above 25% usage constantly with no bots.

These are sounds changes, no copyright problems

Actually the new curb_ride and axle sounds are a merge of the current sound and another new sample by kyles, so there are 2 sources
