1b34ee67ec Autostart Speed-Dreams with appropriate practice race 
The script now re-writes 'practice.xml' and starts Speed-Dreams
with the appropriate drivers/skins - ie. those without previews.

Next step is to automate the taking of the screen shot

3e8e3ba9fd 492 - Allow HBOX use with DPAD 
I've allowed the direct selection of 'N' and 'R' when HBOX is selected,
their use is not required (you can still use the XY shifting).
