080efdfc5e Updated ALL vcproj to support sdl-port like 3rdParty 
Stays compatible with old src/windows/dll, lib, include
Therefore renamed src/windows/dll to src/windows/bin
All libs and exe now compiled with Mutithreaded DLL integration (/MD , /MDd) (like sdl-port)

ae5534f434 ssggraph: 
- F2 cameras revised (order changed, "driver" camera reworked)
- Animated driver model now has a time delay between animations to prevent rapid flickering.

f1fdd21d89 Fixes for compiling under Windows (const char * errors), and my "driven wheel slip creating smoke" patch, probably needs a little work. Accelerate a powerful car with steer on full lock (in other words, do a "donut") and you'll now see smoke from the tires whereas before you didn't.

3d403eec53 Merged commit 255,256,272 and 273 from branches/sdl-port to trunk. 
Commit 255 by martkelder:
  Fixed compile warnings in GCC 4.3.
  Did that by adding const on a lot of places.
