84b05b69d4 Skip "Start event" and "standing" menu for career when there is no user in the group. 
Make GfTime2Str also work with no digits after the seconds.
Show the correct time left in the pit screen during timed sessions.
Fix calculation of laps and time (additonal laps are allowed after the time has ended).
