Nico Huber da3ef13d27 ec/acpi: Remove empty "chip" driver
There was no code attached to this driver and hence one couldn't hook
it up to any device. Even if mentioned in the `devicetree.cb` it was
still dead code.

Patrick Georgi f3f36faf35 src (minus soc and mainboard): Remove copyright notices
They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
  copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
  though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
  because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?

Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

ACPI method TEVT is reported as unused by iASL (20190509) when ChromeEC support is not
enabled. The message is “Method Argument is never used (Arg0)” on Method (TEVT, 1, NotSerialized),
which indicates the TEVT method is empty.

The solution is to only enable the TEVT code in mainboard or SoC when an EC is used that uses
this event. The TEVT code in the EC is only enabled if the mainboard or SoC code implements TEVT.

The TEVT method will be removed from the ASL code when the EC does not support TEVT.

disrupt the interaction during EC's enablement, causing a locked rfkill.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.

Patrick Georgi b890a1228d Remove address from GPLv2 headers
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.

However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.

util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

Stefan Reinauer 77c04e95ba kbuild: automatically include ECs
This change switches all ECs and the generic EC ACPI code
to be autoincluded by Makefile.inc, rather than having to be
mentioned explicitly in ec/Makefile.inc or in
ec/<vendor>/Makefile.inc.

This means, vendor and ec directories are now "drop
in", e.g. be placed in the coreboot directory hierarchy
without having to modify any higher level coreboot files.

The long term plan is to enable out of tree components to be
built with a given coreboot version (given that the API did not
change).

Comment #endif /* FOO */ pairings.
Alphabetise headers and remove any #if CONFIG_ guards around them.

Background rational:
Remove guarding the inclusion of headers based on CONFIG_ options. This
*potentially* could hide issues such as functions being swapped from
under our feet, since different runtime behaviour could be declared with
the same function same name and type-signature. Hence, depending on the
header we happen to get may change runtime behaviour.

Nico Huber 7bb02512d9 ec/acpi: Add ACPI methods for generic EC access
Port most of the functions found in ec/acpi/ec.c to ACPI Source Language
(ASL). These functions are used to control embedded controllers with the
standard ACPI interface (mostly through i/o ports 0x62 / 0x66).

The following methods are implemented and tested against the power
managements channels of a ITE IT8516E embedded controller:
 * WAIT_EC_SC Wait for a bit in the EC_SC register
 * SEND_EC_COMMAND Send one command byte to the EC_SC register
 * SEND_EC_DATA Send one data byte to the EC_DATA register
 * RECV_EC_DATA Read one byte of data from the EC_DATA register
 * EC_READ Read one byte from ec memory (through cmd 0x80)
 * EC_WRITE Write one byte to ec memory (through cmd 0x81)

To use the provided methods, one should include `ec/acpi/ec.asl` in the
EC device code. Prior doing so, two macros should be defined to identify
the used i/o ports:
 * EC_SC_IO     I/o address of the EC_SC register
 * EC_DATA_IO   I/o address of the EC_DATA register

Here's the great news: From now on you don't have to worry about
hitting the right io.h include anymore. Just forget about romcc_io.h
and use io.h instead. This cleanup has a number of advantages, like
you don't have to guard device/ includes for SMM and pre RAM
anymore. This allows to get rid of a number of ifdefs and will
generally make the code more readable and understandable.

Potentially in the future some of the code in the io.h __PRE_RAM__
path should move to device.h or other device/ includes instead,
but that's another incremental change.
