The LAPIC_MONOTONIC_TIMER symbol doesn't do anything in the code
unless UDELAY_LAPIC is selected. Since this chip uses UDELAY_TSC,
LAPIC_MONOTONIC_TIMER generates a Kconfig warning and should be
removed.
