Julius Werner 9f37647b04 cbfs: Remove deprecated APIs ... This patch removes all remaining pieces of the old CBFS API, now that the last straggling use cases of it have been ported to the new one (meaning cbfs_map()/cbfs_load()/etc... see CB:39304 and CB:38421).
