Measured the I2C frequency meets spec
1. I2C0  (TPM): 976.1 Khz
2. I2C1  (TouchScreen); 394.0 Khz
3. I2C2  (WCAM); 377.9 Khz
4. I2C3  (Audio): 390.0 Khz
5. I2C5  (Touchpad): 389.3 Khz

and check all I2C devices measurement result
