2ee6779a64 The ARRAY_SIZE macro is convenient, yet mostly unused. Switch lots of 
code to use it. That makes the code more readable and also less
error-prone.

Abuild tested.

f5f10d1097 cleaning out motherboard specific changes from the generic directories. 
Moving tyan resource map to tyan directory. Making IOMMU for hammer choosable
via ENABLE_IOMMU
