40cb3fe94d commonlib/console/post_code.h: Change post code prefix to POSTCODE
The prefix POSTCODE makes it clear that the macro is a post code.
Hence, replace related macros starting with POST to POSTCODE and
also replace every instance the macros are invoked with the new
name.

The files was changed by running the following bash script from the
top level directory.

  sed -i'' '30,${s/#define POST/#define POSTCODE/g;}' \
  src/commonlib/include/commonlib/console/post_codes.h;
  myArray=`grep -e "^#define POSTCODE_" \
  src/commonlib/include/commonlib/console/post_codes.h | \
  grep -v "POST_CODES_H" | tr '\t' ' ' | cut -d ' ' -f 2`;

  for str in ${myArray[@]}; do
    splitstr=`echo $str | cut -d '_' -f2-`
    grep -r POST_$splitstr src | \
    cut -d ':' -f 1 | xargs sed -i'' -e "s/POST_$splitstr/$str/g";
    grep -r "POST_$splitstr" util/cbfstool | \
    cut -d ':' -f 1 | xargs sed -i'' -e "s/POST_$splitstr/$str/g";
  done

5cf02a4ecd lib/hardwaremain.c: Move creating ACPI structs to bootstate hooks
hardwaremain.c is the common ramstage entry to all platforms so move
out ACPI code generation (x86 specific) to boot state hooks.

Another reason to do this is the following:
On some platforms that start in dram it makes little sense to have
separate stages. To reduce the complexity we want to call the ramstage
main function instead of loading a full stage. To make this scheme
more maintainable it makes sense to move out as much functionality
from the 'main' function as possible.

ad6157ebdf timestamps: Rename timestamps to make names more consistent
This patch aims to make timestamps more consistent in naming,
to follow one pattern. Until now there were many naming patterns:
- TS_START_*/TS_END_*
- TS_BEFORE_*/TS_AFTER_*
- TS_*_START/TS_*_END
This change also aims to indicate, that these timestamps can be used
to create time-ranges, e.g. from TS_BOOTBLOCK_START to TS_BOOTBLOCK_END.

56da0b79ad lib/hardwaremain: change type of "complete" element in boot_state struct
A signed bitfield with a length of 1 bit can only have the values 0 and
-1. Assigning a 1 ends up behaving as expected, but it's not the
semantically correct thing to do there. Changing the type of the element
to an unsigned bitfield with a length of 1 would fix that, but since
this is used as a boolean value, just change it to bool type.

83156682d6 lib/hardwaremain.c: Hide preprocessor guards in header
The `location` member of `struct boot_state_callback` is conditionally
guarded depending on `CONFIG(DEBUG_BOOT_STATE)` using preprocessor. It
is probably intended to save some space when the `location` strings do
not get printed. However, directly using the `location` member without
any guards will cause a compile-time error. Plus, preprocessor-guarded
code gets nasty really quickly.

In order to minimise preprocessor usage, introduce the `bscb_location`
inline helper function, which transforms the compile-time error into a
link-time error. It is then possible to substitute preprocessor guards
with an ordinary C `if` statement.

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture

running the following command:

- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?

Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

3dd23a5e72 timestamps: Improve collection for ENV_ROMSTAGE_OR_BEFORE
Keep track of the active timestamp table location using
a CAR_GLOBAL variable. Done this way, the entire table
can be located outside _car_relocatable_data and we only
switch the pointer to CBMEM and copy the data before
CAR gets torn down.

Fix comments about requirements of timestamp_init() usage.

Remove timestamp_cache from postcar and ramstage, as CBMEM
is available early on.

d44221f9c8 Move compiler.h to commonlib
Its spreading copies got out of sync. And as it is not a standard header
but used in commonlib code, it belongs into commonlib. While we are at
it, always include it via GCC's `-include` switch.

Some Windows and BSD quirk handling went into the util copies. We always
guard from redefinitions now to prevent further issues.

16bd2676ce bootstate: add arch specific hook at coreboot exit
The bootstate machine allows one to schedule work at the
boundaries of each state. However, there are no priorities by
design. As such if there are things that need to be performed
that are interdependent between callbacks there's no way to
do that aside from explicitly putting the call in one of the
callbacks.

This situation arises around BS_OS_RESUME, BS_PAYLOAD_LOAD,
and BS_PAYLOAD_BOOT as those are the states where coreboot is
about to exit. As such, provide an architecture specific hook
at these key places so that one is guaranteed any work done
in arch_bootstate_coreboot_exit() is after all callbacks in
the state machine.
