Stefan Reinauer 8ada1526df Unify use of bool config variables 
e.g.
-#if CONFIG_LOGICAL_CPUS == 1
+#if CONFIG_LOGICAL_CPUS

This will make it easier to switch over to use the config_enabled()
macro later on.
