df48d8b2c2 mainboard/hp: Add HP Elitebook 8470p
The code is based on the code generated by autoport.

The EHCI debug port is between the DP port and eSATA port.
The serial port on dock can also be used for debugging.

The model with discrete graphics is not tested.

Tested and work:
- memory: 0+4G, 4G+0, 4G+4G
- Linux (Arch Linux with kernel 4.10.6) boot from SeaBIOS payload
  with native graphics init
- WLAN
- keyboard, trackpoint and touchpad
- USB
- serial port on dock
- fan control
- AC and battery status

(EC) blobs:

This laptop uses SMSC KBC1126 EC, and there are two blobs needed by it.

You can use the tools in util/kbc1126/ to extract them and insert them
to the coreboot image using the following configuration:

  -> Chipset
-> Add firmware images for KBC1126 firmware

03e96a8a9e mainboard/hp: Add HP Elitebook 2760p
The code is generated by autoport.

The flash chip is socketed beside the WLAN slot. The EHCI debug port
is on right side of the laptop beside the RJ11 connector.

Things that work:
- memory: 0+8G, 4G+8G
- Linux (Linux Mint 18.1 with Linux 4.4)
- native graphics init + SeaBIOS payload with SeaVGABIOS
- all 3 USB ports
- WLAN
- WWAN
- SD card reader
- expresscard
- S3 suspend and resume
- internal flashing after IFD is unlocked and coreboot is flashed
- keyboard, trackpoint and touchpad
- fan control
- AC and battery status

Issues:
- Wacom digitizer does not work (even after I add it in DSDT)
- GRUB payload will freeze (in all Elitebooks, including chainloading GRUB
  from SeaBIOS)

Things that are not tested:
- smart card reader
- cable modem

(EC) blobs:

This laptop uses SMSC KBC1126-NU as EC. It needs two blobs in the
flash chip. You can use the tools in util/kbc1126 to extract them
from OEM firmware, and use the following configuration to insert

967d94d626 AGESA: Introduce AGESA_LEGACY and its counterpart
We define AGESA_LEGACY as an implementation of mainboard
that has its romstage main completely under mainboard/
directory. We have learnt from other platforms this approach
has several downsides when it comes to making platform-wide
improvements.

We start by creating per-family romstage.c file, which
boards will gradually take into use by removing the
AGESA_LEGACY Kconfig option we here apply to all of them.

75a3d1fb7c amdfam10: Perform major include ".c" cleanup
Previously, all romstages for this northbridge family
would compile via 1 single C file with everything
included into the romstage.c file (!)

This patch separates the build into separate .o modules
and links them accordingly.

Currently compiles and links all fam10 roms without
breaking other roms.

Both DDR2 and DDR3 have been completed

TESTED on REACTS: passes all boot tests for 2 boards
 ASUS KGPE-D16
 ASUS KFSN4-DRE

Some extra changes were required to make it compile
otherwise there were unused functions in included "c" files.
This is because I needed to exchange CIMX
for the native southbridge routines. See in particular:
 advansus/a785e-i
 asus/m5a88-v
 avalue/eax-785e

A followup patch may be required to fix the above boards.

3b87812f00 Kconfig: Update default hex values to start with 0x
Kconfig hex values don't need to be in quotes, and should start with
'0x'. If the default value isn't set this way, Kconfig will add the
0x to the start, and the entry can be added unnecessarily to the
defconfig since it's "different" than what was set by the default.

A check for this has been added to the Kconfig lint tool.

d23ee5de22 mainboard: Clean up boot_option/reboot_bits in cmos.layout
Since commit 3bfd7cc (drivers/pc80: Rework normal / fallback selector
code) the reboot counter stored in `reboot_bits` isn't reset on a reboot
with `boot_option = 1` any more. Hence, with SKIP_MAX_REBOOT_CNT_CLEAR
enabled, later stages (e.g. payload, OS) have to clear the counter too,
when they want to switch to normal boot. So change the bits to (h)ex
instead of (r)eserved.

To clarify their meaning, rename `reboot_bits` to `reboot_counter`. Also
remove all occurences of the obsolete `last_boot` bit that have sneaked
in again since 24391321 (mainboard: Remove last_boot NVRAM option).

This is needed, so that follow-up commits, fixing checkpatch.pl errors

062ef1cca6 AGESA boards: Split dispatcher to romstage and ramstage
The way dispatcher table is set up prevents linker from
optimizing unused code away, we currently have raminit in ramstage.

Optimize this manually by configuring AGESA_ENTRY booleans for

FuncParamsInfo and DispatchTable -arrays.

All boards now include multi-core dispatcher, it has minimal footprint:
  AGESA_ENTRY_LATE_RUN_AP_TASK

ACPI S3 support depends on HAVE_ACPI_RESUME being enabled:
  AGESA_ENTRY_INIT_RESUME
  AGESA_ENTRY_INIT_LATE_RESTORE
  AGESA_ENTRY_INIT_S3SAVE

Disabled for all boards as it was not used:

77c67b3d30 IASL: Enable warnings as errors
We've actually got more warnings now than when I first tested IASL
warnings as errors. Because of this, I'm adding it with the option
to have it disabled, in hopes that things won't get any worse as we
work on fixing the IASL warnings that are currently in the codebase.

- Enable IASL warnings as errors
- Disable warnings as errors in mainboards that currently have warnings.
- Print a really obnoxious message on those platforms when they build.

266609968b AMD/Kabini: Fix the interrupt routing
The plugged devices on PCIe should use IOAPIC2 instead of standard
IOAPIC1. The entries in IOAPIC2 count from the end of IOAPIC1.
The unchanged code worked because the OS uses MSI instead APIC.
To test that, boot linux with parameter pci=nomsi and see if the devices
like NIC work well as they do without the booting parameter.
run 'cat /proc/interrupts' to see if the devices actually use
no-msi.
