Subrata Banik 095e2a7835 soc/intel/alderlake: Create eNEM Kconfig for Alder Lake ... Alder Lake SoC specific Kconfig that internally selects all eNEM related Kconfig. CONFIG_ALDERLAKE_CAR_ENHANCED_NEM will get autoselected if platform doesn't have INTEL_CAR_NEM Kconfig selected explicitly. BUG=b:168820083 TEST=Verified CONFIG_INTEL_CAR_NEM is still enable.
