It's forbidden to use dereference CAR_GLOBAL variables
directly. The notation fails after CAR teardown for
romstage.

Note that while these boards had entry 0x0ff0 in comparison
to 0x0ffc of the get_default_pci1234() initialisation, the
implementation of get_pci1234() unconditionally overrides
the first entry.

Field 'OEMID' & "OEM Table ID" are related to DSDT table
not to mainboard.
So use macro to set them respectvely to "COREv4" and
"COREBOOT".

Removes rs780_before_pci_init() since it was a no-op anyway.
Removes get_nb_rev() since this function is provided via a macro in
the header.
This Makes a lot of function non-static since the header has
prototypes for these.
