b320bc5e0e AGESA: Disable boards from build
As per the 4.11 release requirement, C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK=y
is a mandatory feature, which most AGESA and binaryPI boards lack.
Disable such platforms from the build for the time being.

The Kconfig symbol has been flipped, ROMCC_BOOTBLOCK=n is the
same mandated feature as C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK=y.

If a platform does not reach ROMCC_BOOTBLOCK=n within a
reasonable timeframe both the mainboard and the respective
unused platform support code will get removed.

Because the function is implemented in C, post_code() calls

needs to follow one day.

This effectively removes PORT80 routing from boards with

360d94745f nb/intel/sandybridge: Move to C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK
There is some overlap between romstage and bootblock.
LPC setup and BAR initialization is now done twice.
The rationale is that the romstage should not depend too
much on the bootblock, since it can reside in a RO fmap
region.

Enabling the console will be done in a followup patch.

Tested, working:
- First dimm slot of each channel
- USB, SATA
- CPU FSB at 800, 1067 and 1333MHz
- Libgfxinit on DVI and VGA slot
- PCI slot
- Realtek NIC (configure MAC address in Kconfig)
- PEG slot
- PS2 keyboard

Tested, not working:
- second dimm slot for each channel. Those are hooked up to the second
rank of the channel, instead of rank 3 and 4. The raminit does not
  support such setups.

Untested:
- PCIe x1 slot, likely works fine
- HDMI

Tested using SeaBIOS 1.12, Linux 4.19.

9faae2b939 Kconfig: Unify power-after-failure options
The newest and most useful incarnation was hiding in soc/intel/common/.
We move it into the Mainboard menu and extend it with various flags to
be selected to control the default and which options are visible. Also
add a new `int` config MAINBOARD_POWER_FAILURE_STATE that moves the
boolean to int conversion into Kconfig:
  0 - S5
  1 - S0
  2 - previous state

This patch focuses on the Kconfig code. The C code could be unified as
well, e.g. starting with a common enum and safe wrapper around the
get_option() call.

TEST=Did what-jenkins-does with and without this commit and compared
binaries. Nothing changed for the default configurations.

This just renames do_hard_reset() to do_board_reset() and keeps current

from common code, it's likely that their implementations are untested
and not what we actually want. Also note, that sometimes implementations

SeaBIOS does not seem to like the Marvel IDE controller, so disabled SeaBIOS

Working:

- SATA on marvel IDE controller ports (only in Linux)

- COM1
- PS2 Keyboard
- DDR2 DIMMs
- PCIe x16 PEG port
- PCI port
- NIC (needs a driver to set macaddress)
- S3 resume

Not working:
- SeaBIOS with ATA support (long timeout marvel controller so disabled)
- DDR3 fails because the proper clock signal does not get enabled. Even when
fixing this it fails later or during memtest, so it should be considered
unsupported for now

Untested:
- PCIe x1 ports (expected to work)
- sound (expected to work)

cea8493285 southbridge/intel/bd82x6x/Kconfig: Do not include any IFD by default
Since only a handful of boards have descriptor blobs in the tree, it makes no
sense to have `HAVE_IFD_BIN` enabled by default then disabled on each mainboard.
This patch flips the default value of said variable, rendering all current
overrides unnecessary. The few boards which have an IFD in the blobs repo use
`select HAVE_IFD_BIN` to enable adding the IFD by default.

Since `HAVE_ME_BIN` depends on `HAVE_IFD_BIN`, the former has been removed
alongside the latter, and has been added to the boards with a ME blob as
`select HAVE_ME_BIN`.

Both `HAVE_IFD_BIN` and `HAVE_ME_BIN` have been removed from autoport as well.

921a4cfa3f mainboard: Add ASUS P8H61-M LX

kernel 4.9. This code is based on the output of autoport.

The file `data.vbt` matches the VBT in the latest version of the vendor
firmware (version 4601).

This board works well under coreboot. A list of what works and what
doesn't can be found in the documentation part of this commit. To
summarise: the only known issues are that S3 suspend/resume doesn't
work, and that there is no automatic fan control via the super I/O.

65ddbb720b mb/asus/p8h61-m_pro: Add new mainboard
Tested with GRUB 2.02 as a payload, booting Arch Linux as
well as Debian. This code is based on the output of autoport
as well as other mainboards supported in coreboot already.

Working:
 - Serial port I/O
 - S3 suspend/resume. Untested with SeaBIOS since it failed
to resume on a similar board. It is likely to be due to
low memory corruption, but I have not worked on it.
 - USB ports and headers
 - USB3 ports attached to the ASM1042 controller. SeaBIOS can
boot from them, and it is likely GRUB can detect devices on
those ports as well. The chip has a small SPI flash nearby,
which seems to hold an Option ROM.
 - Gigabit Ethernet
 - Integrated graphics (libgfxinit)
 - VGA BIOS for integrated graphics init
 - PCIe x16 graphics
 - PCIe x1
 - SATA controller
 - Hardware Monitor
 - Fan Control (fancontrol on linux works well)
 - Native raminit
 - flashrom, using the internal programmer. Tested with coreboot,
as well as with the vendor firmware.
 - NVRAM settings. Only debug_level has been tested.

Untested:
 - DVI port. It can detect a "fake" display, that is, an
EEPROM connected to the DVI port. Thus, gma-mainboard.ads
   has been setup accordingly.
 - PS/2 port.
 - Audio: Only rear output (green) has been tested.
 - EHCI debug.
 - Parallel port header.
 - Non-Linux OSes
 - ACPI thermal zone and fan control (probably not working)

Not working:
 - Booting from devices attached to the ASM1061 controller.
Devices on ports work fine once Linux has loaded.
 - Any SATA devices with Tianocore (payload issue)

presence through the ACPI and PNP tables.

This patch adds to the Kconfig and devicetree.cb files.

Tested with the TPM/FW 3.19 and the trousers tools.

Tested with GRUB 2.02 as a payload, booting Debian GNU/Linux 9.3 with
kernel 4.9. This code is based on the output of autoport.

Working:
 - S3 suspend/resume
 - USB
 - Gigabit Ethernet
 - integrated graphics
 - PCIe
 - SATA
 - eSATA
 - PS/2 port (only a mouse has been tested)
 - hardware monitor
 - onboard audio
 - front panel audio
 - native raminit (2 x 4GB + 2 x 8GB, DDR3-1333)
 - native graphics init with libgfxinit
 - EHCI debug. The debug port is the port closest to the HDMI port.
 - flashrom, using the internal programmer. Tested with coreboot,
   untested with the vendor firmware.
 - NVRAM settings. Only `gfx_uma_size` and `debug_level` have been
tested with values different from the default.

Untested:
 - VGA BIOS for graphics init
 - PCIe graphics
 - S/PDIF audio

Not working:
 - "clear CMOS" button

The CPUTIN sensor on the Super I/O is not connected. The PECI agent is
likely connected instead to give CPU temperature readings. However,
there does not appear to be enough information in the publicly available
datasheets to fully set up the PECI agent. As a result, there is
currently no accurate, automatic fan control via the Super I/O.

17c5771530 superio/ite/common: Add temperature offset
Add a devicetree option to set temperature adjustment registers
required for thermal diode sensors and PECI. However, this commit does
not have the code needed to make PECI interface actually use these
registers. It only applies to diodes.

As a temporary workaround, one can set both THERMAL_DIODE and peci_tmpin
to the same TMPIN, e.g. TMPIN3.mode="THERMAL_DIODE" and peci_tmpin="3".
PECI, apparently, takes precedence over diode, so the adjustment register
will be set and PECI activated. Or simply use the followup patch, which
makes THERMAL_PECI a mode like THERMAL_DIODE.

I don't have hardware to test THERMAL_DIODE mode, but in case of PECI,
without this patch I had about -60°C on idle. Now, with offset 97,
which was taken from vendor bios, PECI readings became reasonable 35°C.

TEST=Set a temperature offset, then ensure that the value you set is
reflected in /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon*/temp[1-3]_offset

SSFG was meant to be used as a mask to enable sleep states

State _S3 is now set conditionally if HAVE_ACPI_RESUME=y.
For pi/hudson this had been fixed already preprocessor.

Note that all boards had SSFG == 0x0D that previously
enabled ACPI S3 sleep state even when it was not available.
States _S1 and _S2 still appear enabled in ASL/AML

28c4d2f7e0 AGESA: Introduce AGESA_LEGACY_WRAPPER and its counterpart
We define AGESA_LEGACY_WRAPPER a method of calling AGESA
via functions in agesawrapper.c file. The approach implemented
there makes it very inconvenient to do board-specific
customisation or present common platform-specific features.
Seems like it also causes assertion errors on AGESA side.
The flag is applied here to all boards and then individually
removed one at a time, as things get tested.

New method is not to call AGESA internal functions directly,
but via the dispatcher. AGESA call parameters are routed to
hooks in both platform and board -directories, to allow for
easy capture or modification as needed.

For each AGESA dispatcher call made, eventlog entries are
replayed to the console log. Also relocations of AGESA heap
that took place are recorded.

New method is expected to be compatible with binaryPI.

01f9aa5e54 Consolidate reset API, add generic reset_prepare mechanism
There are many good reasons why we may want to run some sort of generic
callback before we're executing a reset. Unfortunateley, that is really
hard right now: code that wants to reset simply calls the hard_reset()
function (or one of its ill-differentiated cousins) which is directly
implemented by a myriad of different mainboards, northbridges, SoCs,
etc. More recent x86 SoCs have tried to solve the problem in their own
little corner of soc/intel/common, but it's really something that would
benefit all of coreboot.

This patch expands the concept onto all boards: hard_reset() and friends
get implemented in a generic location where they can run hooks before
calling the platform-specific implementation that is now called
do_hard_reset(). The existing Intel reset_prepare() gets generalized as
soc_reset_prepare() (and other hooks for arch, mainboard, etc. can now
easily be added later if necessary). We will also use this central point
to ensure all platforms flush their cache before reset, which is
generally useful for all cases where we're trying to persist information
in RAM across reboots (like the new persistent CBMEM console does).

Also remove cpu_reset() completely since it's not used anywhere and
doesn't seem very useful compared to the others.

d4ebeaf475 device/Kconfig: Put gfx init methods into a choice
Provide all gfx init methods as a Kconfig `choice`. This elimates the
option to select native gfx init along with running a Video BIOS. It's
been only theoretically useful in one corner case: Hybrid graphics
where only one controller is supported by native gfx init. Though I
suppose in that case it's fair to assume that one would use SeaBIOS to
run the VBIOS.

For the case that we want the payload to initialize graphics or no
pre-boot graphics at all, the new symbol NO_GFX_INIT was added to the
choice. If multiple options are available, the default is chosen as
follows:

  * NO_GFX_INIT, if we add a Video BIOS and the payload is SeaBIOS,
  * VGA_ROM_RUN, if we add a Video BIOS and the payload is not SeaBIOS,
  * NATIVE_VGA_INIT, if we don't add a Video BIOS.

As a side effect, libgfxinit is now an independent choice.

967d94d626 AGESA: Introduce AGESA_LEGACY and its counterpart
We define AGESA_LEGACY as an implementation of mainboard

has several downsides when it comes to making platform-wide

We start by creating per-family romstage.c file, which
boards will gradually take into use by removing the
AGESA_LEGACY Kconfig option we here apply to all of them.
